Catfish steaks

All catfishes are either naked or armoured with bony plates; none has scales. Living catfishes constitute nearly 2,900 species placed in about 35 families. The majority of species inhabit fresh water. Catfish is a low calorie, high protein seafood that’s a great source of nutrients, including vitamin B12, selenium, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
